Synopsis: 洋葱头因小时候患了脑膜炎以至又盲又哑，他在接受治疗的同时也在医院工作。由于长期受到护士秋男的照顾，他暗恋上了秋男，医院里的胡医生也极力追求秋男。一天夜里，一颗流星划过，洋葱头终于鼓起勇气向秋男表示爱意，秋男接受了。岂料乐极生悲，洋葱头在回家的路上被车撞死。洋葱头向天使要求返回人间了结与秋男的未了情，天使答应了，但只给五天时限，并不许他透露自己的真正身份。
